1. Interpretation & Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from ZIEWNIC GLOBAL TRADING LLC. By placing an order on www.ziewnic.ae, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.

This policy is formulated in accordance with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations. Any dispute or matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

2. Our Commitment to Quality

At ZIEWNIC GLOBAL TRADING LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable solar energy products, including Solar Hybrid Inverters, Lithium Batteries, and Solar PV Modules. Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our stringent quality standards. This policy is designed to protect your consumer rights while ensuring fair and transparent procedures for all parties.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: You have 7 (Seven) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to initiate a return request.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It must be reset to factory settings (if applicable) and include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging, including all protective materials, boxes, and cases. The packaging must be in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original invoice or order number.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Situations

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products Damaged by Customer: Any product damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Installation & Use: Products that have been installed, configured, or used beyond basic initial inspection are not eligible for return.
  • Missing Components: Products returned with missing accessories, components, manuals, or original packaging.
  • Cosmetic Issues: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product, provided they were disclosed prior to sale.
  • Final Sale Items: Any products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Software/Configuration Issues: Issues arising from incorrect system configuration, software settings, or incompatibility with existing systems that are not due to a manufacturing defect. (Such issues are covered by our technical support and warranty services).

5. The Return Process

All return requests must be initiated formally via email. Please follow these steps:

  • 1. Contact Us: Within the 7-day return period, you must contact our Customer Support Team exclusively by email at info@ziewnic.ae.
  • 2. Provide Required Information: In your email, you must include the following details:
  • Subject Line: Return Request - [Your Order Number]
  • Your Full Name and Contact Number.
  • Order Date and Delivery Date.
  • Product Name(s) and Serial Number(s) (if available).
  • Detailed Reason for the return request.
  • Photographs or videos clearly showing the product and any issue you have encountered (if applicable).
  • 3. Return Authorization (RMA): Our team will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
  • 4. Ship the Product: You are responsible for shipping the product back to the address we provide, securely packaged. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. ZIEWNIC GLOBAL TRADING LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

6. Refund Process

Upon receipt of the returned product at our warehouse, the following will occur:

  • 1. Inspection: Our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the product meets all eligibility conditions outlined in Section 3.
  • 2. Approval: Once the inspection is successfully completed, your refund will be approved.
  • 3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 (Ten) business days of approval.
  • 4. Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • 5. Deductions: Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if the product is found to not be in its original condition, a restocking fee may be applied, or the return may be rejected.

7. Warranty Claims

This Return & Refund Policy is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. If you discover a manufacturing defect after the 7-day return period, please refer to the specific warranty document provided with your product and contact our support team at info@ziewnic.ae for assistance. Warranty claims are subject to different terms and procedures.
